Counseling Readiness Guide

Welcome to the Counseling Readiness Guide. This resource is designed to help you reflect on your readiness for counseling and provide essential information as you prepare to embark on this journey with Harmini or any other counseling setting.

  • HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
    The number of sessions needed varies. The amount of time you spend in therapy depends on the issue(s) you are bringing to therapy. I recommend to prepare to attend at minimum 6 sessions.
  • HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND?
    Regular attendance is important to ensure you benefit from therapy. The frequency will be determine at our initial session. Most clients attend weekly or bi-weekly sessions in the beginning.
  • WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN THE FIRST SESSION?
    The initial session aims to be 55 minutes. This session will be for us to get to know each other and for me to gather insightful information. I will gain an understanding of what you hope to gain from therapy.
  • WHAT IS YOUR AVAILABILITY?
    Therapy sessions are available by appointment only Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  • DO YOU ONLY OFFER ONLINE THERAPY SESSIONS?
    All Session will be held via telehealth.
  • DO YOU PRESCRIBE MEDICATION?
    No, I do not. Referrals can be discussed.
  • COST PER SESSION
    $125-$180. Rates vary depending on service.
  • PAYMENT TYPES
    Pay By Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Health Savings Account, Flexible Saving Account.
